Chicago Boat, RV and Outdoors Show - January 14 - 18, 2009 - Join us for our first event of 2009! Shedd Aquarium’s Listen to Your Lakes space is the ideal place for boaters to discover how they can help protect the Great Lakes and surrounding waterways.  Visit the Great Lakes Playscape, where children of all ages can connect to local habitats in an interactive play zone featuring native animal encounters! 

Strictly Sail - January 29 - February 1, 2009 - It may be cold and snowy now... but its never too early to start dreaming about sailing on our beautiful Great Lakes again!  Sailors will learn how they can prevent the spread of invasive plants and animals.  Come browse the beautiful sailboats that are soon to be out on the freshwater seas. 

Our World Underwater - February 20 - 22, 2009 - Visit our Great Lakes team at this unique event.  Scuba divers in the Great Lakes and around the world have the opportunity to help protect the natural environments they seek for diving adventure!  Learn how you can help ID invasive species in the local waterways of the Great Lakes. 

Chicagoland Flower and Garden Show - March 7 - 15, 2009 - Calling all gardeners!  Visit the Shedd Aquarium and the Listen to Your Lakes exhibit to browse the beautiful array of native plants, shrubs, flowers and trees!  Learn how "going native" can save precious water and help keep the Great Lakes ecosystem great!
